Faithful Leadership in an Accelerated World

We Can’t Wait to See You!

September 14, 15, 16  2026

We are leading in a fast-paced world shaped by rapid change, cultural tension, and digital noise. Change is constant, pressure is real, and results are demanded.

In an age of platforms and performance, it’s easy to build influence, but are we building depth?

The future of the Church will not be shaped by activity and output alone. It will be shaped by leaders who are rooted in Christ, grounded in character and clear in their calling. The church needs leaders with deep roots and faithful endurance.

Conference 2026 is a call to what sustains lasting leadership: depth, endurance and faithful obedience.

This gathering is for every generation of leader—seasoned pastors who have carried responsibility for years, and emerging leaders stepping into new arenas of influence.

This is not about slowing your passion.

It is about abiding more deeply in Christ—so your life and leadership bear lasting fruit.

Join us as we deepen our roots, renew our calling, and lead with clarity, courage, and conviction.

Wednesday Workshop

Anouk Dubreuil

Lead Pastor | Centre Chretien Évangelique

Wednesday Afternoon

In a world marked by pressure, expectations, and constant distraction, it has never been more important to discern the voice of God above all others. But in the midst of busy minds, full lives and ministries, a deeper question remains: how do we actually hear Him?

Beyond the Noise is a unique, interactive workshop designed to move beyond traditional teaching and create space for authentic, multi-generational dialogue. Together, we will explore how to recognize God’s voice, receive and respond to His leading, and remain in continual communion with Him—not only in personal devotional moments, but in the everyday rhythms of life and ministry.

Through guided conversations, shared ministry experiences, and honest “how do I?” questions, participants will connect across generations and contexts, gaining wisdom, encouragement, and practical insight.

Facilitated in a conversational format, this workshop is an invitation—not just to learn, but to listen, to share, and to grow.
